Changing your car should be straightforward and fair. This is what we promise, and what we ask of everyone using AutoAzar.

What we promise

Clear prices with no hidden fees. Honest valuations that explain how the figure was reached. Adverts that show the full specification, mileage and condition. Fast removal of adverts we find to be misleading.

What we ask of sellers

Describe the car as it really is, including faults and past repairs. Use current photographs of the actual vehicle. Declare outstanding finance, category markers and imported history. Respond to genuine enquiries within a reasonable time.

What we ask of buyers

Only bid or make an offer if you intend to buy at that price. Turn up to arranged viewings, or cancel in good time. Treat private sellers with the same courtesy you would expect.
