Fake reviews policy

Reviews are only useful if they are real. This policy explains what we allow and what we remove.
What we allow
Honest first-hand experiences of buying, selling or dealing with someone on AutoAzar — good or bad.
What we remove
Reviews written by the business being reviewed or anyone connected to it. Reviews bought, incentivised or exchanged. Duplicate reviews from the same person or device. Reviews about an experience that never happened. Abusive, discriminatory or defamatory content, and anything containing personal data.
How we enforce it
We check for patterns such as bursts of similar reviews and repeated devices, and we may ask for proof that a transaction took place. Accounts that post fake reviews are suspended, and paid review activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
Report a review
Email hello@autoazar.co.uk with a link and why you believe it is not genuine. We aim to investigate within five working days and we never remove a review simply because it is negative.
