Using AutoAzar

By browsing or creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details about yourself and any vehicle you advertise.

You may not scrape our listings, resell our data, upload unlawful content, or use the site to mislead other users.

Adverts and bids

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every advert, photograph and specification. Adverts that are inaccurate, duplicated or misleading may be removed without notice.

Bids and offers placed through AutoAzar express serious buying interest, but the sale contract is between the buyer and the seller. AutoAzar is not a party to that contract and does not hold funds.

Valuations

Valuations and price guidance are estimates generated from the details you provide. They are not offers to buy and are not a substitute for an inspection or professional appraisal.

Merchandise orders

Merchandise is printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery estimates are indicative. Faulty or incorrect items can be reported within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Liability

We keep AutoAzar running as reliably as we can but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.
