Extending the life of used cars is inherently less wasteful than building new ones, and we make lower-emission options easy to find by putting fuel type and efficiency data on every advert.

Merchandise is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner so we do not hold stock that ends up as waste.

Social

We want buying a car to be honest and unintimidating. That means plain-English adverts, no hidden fees for private sellers, accessible pages, and clear guidance for first-time buyers.

We treat everyone who works with us fairly and expect the same from our suppliers.

Governance

We only collect the data we need, keep it secure, and act quickly on reports of misleading adverts or suspected fraud. Decisions that affect users are documented and reviewed.

Review

This policy is reviewed annually. We will publish measurable targets as the business grows rather than make claims we cannot yet evidence.
